## TODAY IN REVIEW Monday's key development came from Gaza, where Hamas dissolved its government and handed authority to a UN-backed technical committee under the US-mediated ceasefire framework [10]. Hours later, Hamas also dissolved its Follow-up Committee and transferred power to a National Committee for Managing Gaza [76]. A Palestinian technocratic committee said it was ready to govern [53], but Trump's peace council objected and demanded a single unified authority instead of a Hamas-led handover [46].
